I’m a Physiotherapist and Musculoskeletal Specialist with over 20 years of experience helping people recover from musculoskeletal pain and injuries.
I qualified with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from the University of the West of England in 2003, and went on to gain extensive experience in pain management, rheumatology and orthopaedics across the NHS and several central London teaching hospitals. In 2009, I completed a Master’s in Sports & Exercise Medicine, further specialising in advanced diagnostics and treatment.
My particular expertise lies in musculoskeletal ultrasound imaging and ultrasound-guided injections. I offer a comprehensive “one-stop” service combining a comprehensive physical examination, diagnostic scan, and, where appropriate, an injection — all in a single appointment. This approach helps patients get clarity on their condition and access effective care without unnecessary delays.
All patients receive a detailed report of their ultrasound scan along with a clear plan of action, whether that involves exercise rehabilitation, injection therapy, or chiropractic care. I also follow up by message or phone after any injection to monitor progress and provide ongoing support throughout their recovery.
