I graduated with a First-Class Master’s degree in Chiropractic from London South Bank University, and have always been passionate about health, movement, and helping people feel their best. Before qualifying as a Chiropractor, I worked as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. That experience sparked a deeper interest in injury prevention, movement patterns, and biomechanics, and continues to shape the way I assess and treat patients today.

I founded the clinic with a vision to offer personalised, holistic care that goes beyond symptom management. Supporting people to make meaningful changes to their health and movement motivates me every day. I work with people of all ages and activity levels, and have a particular clinical interest in disc-related neck and back pain, as well as hip-related conditions.

Alongside musculoskeletal care, I consider how key physiological systems — including hormonal, digestive, metabolic and immune function — influence pain, recovery and performance. To embrace a more integrated approach, I am currently completing a certification programme with The Institute for Functional Medicine.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, exploring calisthenics and steadily working on my handstands. I look forward to welcoming you to the clinic and helping you achieve your goals.
